Girls Unbridled:

Empowering Teen Girls with Social-Emotional Growth Through Workshops with Horses

Give Your Daughter the Social-Emotional Skills to Thrive

We all know how tough it can be for adolescent girls today. Social pressure, anxiety, self-doubt—it’s a lot to carry. But what if your daughter could learn the emotional intelligence skills she needs to navigate these challenges with confidence? And what if her teachers weren’t just people, but horses?

Our Social-Emotional Day Camp for Girls offers a powerful and unforgettable experience where horses become partners in your daughter’s emotional growth journey. This one day camp is designed to help her develop a deeper sense of self-awareness, confidence, empathy and boundaries kindly yet clearly.

Why Horses?

Horses have this incredible ability to mirror emotions, giving your daughter a direct, real-time understanding of how her energy affects others. They require clear communication, calm leadership, boundaries and trust—all critical emotional intelligence skills. And the best part? Horses don’t judge. They just respond.

Here’s What She’ll Gain:

Through this hands-on experience, your daughter will:

Deepen her Sense of Self-Awareness: Horses reflect what’s happening inside, allowing teens to recognize and own their emotions in real-time.

  • Build Emotional Resilience: With each session, she’ll learn how to process and manage her experiences in community with other girls.

  • Empathy and Sisterhood: Sisterhood goes beyond friendship; it’s about creating a safe, supportive community where girls can be fully themselves. In these spaces, they feel validated, encouraged, and understood, which is especially important during times of self-discovery.

  • Boost Confidence: Guiding, caring for, and working alongside horses helps teens build self-trust and feel empowered. It’s a game-changer for self-esteem.

  • Set Healthy Boundaries: Horses thrive when they know what’s expected of them. Your daughter will learn how to create boundaries that are clear, respectful, and strong—skills she can take into her everyday life.

  • Rite of Passage: The one day session begins with intention setting and ends with an integration exercise, empowering your daughter to create a well-being centered life and understand the steps to take steps to embody her vision.

What to Expect:

Each session blends experiential learning with emotional intelligence coaching, all while your daughter connects with horses in a supportive, no-judgment zone. Here’s what happens:

  • She’ll practice mindfulness techniques that help her regulate emotions.

  • She’ll learn how to set boundaries, handle relationships, and build confidence—all in the presence of horses who respond to her leadership.

  • She’ll have a safe space to explore her feelings, without the pressure of a traditional classroom or therapy setting.

Why this matters:

Research shows that working with horses can reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and enhance communication skills. Your daughter won’t just be learning—she’ll be living these lessons in real-time, growing stronger emotionally with every session.
